About the Smart Minis app
Is the Smart Minis app free?
We are confident that you will love the Smart Minis app, but we still offer first-time users a free 3-day trial, so you can try the app completely free of charge. If you’re as happy with the app as we think you will be, your chosen subscription will automatically continue at the end of the trial period.
If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time within the free trial period without being charged a penny. For more information, please read the Terms and Conditions.
How much does the Smart Minis app cost?
There are two subscription types in the Smart Minis app. Both give unlimited access to all the games in the app, where children learn the fundamentals of the language (words, alphabet, letter writing, and pronunciation), mathematics (addition, subtraction, and counting), as well as the names of the most popular colors and shapes.
The subscription price depends on the plan you choose. You can opt to pay monthly or annually. The current prices can be viewed in your app store.
Is the app Android and iOS compatible?
The app works perfectly on both Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can download the app from Apple’s App Store. If you have an Android smartphone or tablet, you can download the app from Google Play.
Does the app work on both mobile phones and tablets, and do I need to purchase it twice for more devices?
The Smart Minis app is designed to work and be compatible with both Apple iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. This means that when you purchase a subscription, you will be able to use the app on both your smartphone and tablet of the same brand (Android or iOS). In other words, if you have both an Android and an iPhone, you cannot use the subscription on both brands.
Can I share my account with others?
The subscription only provides access to your immediate family (father, mother, and children). If you share the subscription with others outside of your household, you risk it being closed without notice. Contact customer service if you are unsure about usage.
Payment and Subscription
Where can I purchase a subscription?
You can purchase your subscription and get unlimited access directly in the Smart Minis app.
It’s quite easy. You just need to search for Smart Minis on either Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your phone or tablet model. Once you’ve downloaded and opened the app, you’ll have the option to purchase a subscription directly within the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to end your free trial or subscription, you must cancel through the app store you purchased from. It’s Apple App Store Support if you have an Apple device, or Google Play support if you have an Android device. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the subscription as Apple or Google handles subscriptions.
It’s important to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or billing period to avoid being charged. If you don’t, your account will automatically be charged for the subscription you chose when registering as a user.
Can I change my subscription type?
If you wish to switch from one subscription type to another, simply let your current subscription expire (remember to cancel automatic payment!). After expiration, you can use your login details to start a new subscription with the type that suits you best.
Is it possible to get a refund?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days.
Smart Minis does not have access to your payment details when you purchase your subscription through the App Store/Google Play. Therefore, we cannot process your refund. Instead, you should contact Apple App Store Support if you have an Apple device, or Google Play support if you have an Android device and wish to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
How does the automatic payment work?
After the free trial period or completed paid subscription period, the membership will continue automatically and will be billed monthly based on the payment method (credit card) you selected during registration.
